This class is suitable for the more adventurous and playful, with a willingness to learn and explore. It's more for the "why not!" mindset. It will have arm balances and inversions. The offerings are optional rather than mandatory, with alternative or simpler options introduced throughout so the class stays well rounded. We welcome you to let the instructor know if/when there is something that you're working on that might complement the class sequence. Plan on sweating, flowing, holding, opening and letting go all the stuff that has built up over the weekend.

A strong but enjoyable way to get over that mid-week hump. People always leave smiling and sweaty. You'll feel muscles that you forgot you had- a strong but accessible class, not suitable for absolute beginners.

This is a Slow Flow Dynamic Class for all levels, which involves more rhythmic movement. ‘Slow’ is sometimes misunderstood as easier, when in actuality, it can just be more accessible for everyone, while still building up a lot of heat. We will move in and out of postures, which helps the nerve fibres and the movement patterns to optimise. This is a well-rounded class that is easy to flow along to.

One of our favourite classes, where you let your body open to the support of props in the most gentle and kind way. So accessible, and yet so deep, in a subtle way. Participants leave feeling nourished after this class, and it is short enough so someone can make it in to practice during their lunch break and be back on time for work. Music played during this session.

Mysore style is the traditional way of learning Ashtanga yoga and is named after the southern Indian city of Mysore. The student is taught a sequence of postures through one-on-one instruction.  The correct movements, breathing, and other aspects of the practice are learned gradually, in a step-by-step process accessible to anyone. This method allows each student time to practice and memorize what they have learned before adding more. Students are able to practice independently and at their own pace while surrounded by the energy and inspiration of other students in the room. Mysore style is the best way to learn Ashtanga yoga as memorising the postures allows practitioners to focus internally, calming the mind, which ultimately, is the goal of yoga.

We stay low, close to the ground. We don't push, we lean in and wait. When you're on the ground, and the heart rate slows down, we get to just watch ourselves and gravity play, we develop patience and sensitivity. We get out of our own way, we surrender. Being still for a while changes how we see things, this can be the easiest thing to do in the world or the hardest. A great class to learn so much about ourselves.

  • Vinyasa

The most popular named class weekly, with several different teachers all offering their own unique style. Expect movement with breath work and a deep sense of relaxation.
